duration - 1 year MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: Act as Solution engineer for multiple data warehousing projects To be part of a global, client-focused team that supports a wide range of business initiatives and processes for Private Banking USA. The development services will range from regional specific deliverables to collaborative delivery of global projects and will require strong problem-solving skills. Development initiatives will cover all phases of the SDLC+ lifecycle, including design, development, implementation and support of software solutions. Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt in a dynamic environment is critical. Qualifications: BS / BA in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or Mathematics. Minimum 5+ years of IT experience Project Management Knowledge : Effective written and oral communication skills Ability to manage project scope, schedule, risk and quality Ability to communicate project status and performance to project stakeholders and management Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent troubleshooting skills Team player Technical Knowledge: Minimum 5+ years of IT experience Solid skills in data warehousing, database programming and data design with particular emphasis on Oracle (9.x , 10g) PL/SQL, SQL loader UNIX shell scripting experience. Perl desirable but not required.
