Description : IT Transformation Architect, Senior Detailed description: Significant expertise in the execution of IT's transformation and be well versed in all aspects of transitioning a large organization through the launch of a large web based application. a.. Demonstrated knowledge and experience with envisioning and implementation of IT transitioning strategies. b.. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with customer's senior leadership team to establish the strategies to support the customer. c.. Ability to effectively convey and gain acceptance of senior management strategies and vision by user communities. d.. Working knowledge of complex business information system development and/or information technology tools, techniques, concepts and software applicable to the site supported. e.. Must be able to communicate technical information to others, expressing facts or ideas clearly, orally or in writing, when answering questions, giving directions, and providing information, individually or in groups. f.. Must be able to apply the knowledge of data processing systems to a business application environment. g.. Must be well versed in all aspects of transitioning a large organization through the launch of a large web based application Additional Skills: Education Bachelor's Degree in a business, computer science, information systems or related field. A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively more difficult systems experience with three years experience within the last five years at a systems analyst level working on projects with involving CMS design and development. Duties and Responsibilities a.. Work with the end customer (the Business side of customer organization) to ensure strategies are supported by the user community. b..
