rubber bands by size. No size 31 at the store I went to, but maybe
others have that size. They jumped from size 19 to size 32. Maybe
size 32 is close enough

Try making a rubber band with a length of narrow elastic. Stitch the ends
together flat (one laid over the other)
and it will last Much longer!
