This may be a bug of latex2html-2018.3 or later. L2h of such
versions do not write image size info
By writing down a problem it helps to solve it!
I believe I have solved the problem by adding the ENV parameter:
$IMAGE_TYPE = 'PNG';
With this I can compile the slave without recompiling the master.
