a bug in the program, but I may well
have missed something in the docs. Suggestions?
Version: This is LaTeX2HTML Version 2002-2-1 (1.71)
Platform: Linux.
Thanks.

BTW, the html generation seems to work just fine. Just no images.
A quiet plea for HELP!

I have taken out the -ldump option from the command line in my makefile.

Aaah; that's interesting.
I'm not sure why this worked just fine with previous versions of latex.
Probably
\% and \\\%
but the % always seems to be dropped out in the resultant html. Is
there a special char to use to represent a %?
Thanks.

Unfortunately I've tried that (and just did it again to verify). NO
values make a difference. 0 or 1 or 2 or 3 ... all the same results.
DO I have the latest version?
Wait on; there's a common mis-conception that may be happening here

Thanks for the pointers, Ross. I finally got it somewhat figured out :)
The program pnmtopng from netpbn.10.29 was dumping core. I have no idea
why, but I grabbed 10.30, compiled and installed and all is now well.

I don't have any really long paths so my hack seems to work fine. But,
it would be nice if url.sty worked with both versions. Maybe when you
have absolutely nothing else to do :)

I'm using the package [xspace]ellipsis in my latex document. Is there
an equiv. for latex2html. Using \dots works great in the latex
version, but in the html I lose the trailing spaces.
Thanks.
