I am sure we can shrink the installer more with better compression
settings. Unfortunately I am not able to try these theory now because I
have problem with Windows based build system. So any participation
related to this topic is welcome

in Ubuntu you can install the pt-br locale and install
GREAT!!
This is MY problem than and not one that the TDF has to deal with ... will

We fixed many bugs for LO-3.3.1 but did not manage to fix the bug 31792, bug
32861, and bug 32895. Neither of them is serious enough
