This is the only report about this, so seems something strange is happening.
You can try uninstalling LibreOffice, and renaming the profile to avoid that
something is keeping.

I have not the issue, but you can try again, and see if the extension's folder
in the profile is changed after reboot, before load LibreOffice.

Thanks for this. I have tried copying the folder of LibreOffice profile.
(https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile or doing it with
Menu/Help/Restart).
