To be more clear on the steps to reproduce, what I do is exactly the following,
starting with a clean profile, whatever the profile is new or not:
1/ start LibreOffice
2/ menu

I re-installed RC1 (LO 4.0.0.1) - same crash with the RC1 but only on wizard
Agenda because python wizards (letter and fax) did not work in rc1.
