We appreciate your interest in software licenses.
You seem to be trying to implement a code of conduct via a license,
though, which really isn't a workable idea (speaking as a member of the
CNCF CoCC). It's easy to say "be kind" but hard to define it and even
harder to enforce
This license is pretty much made to ensure the following:
1. Creators don't get their projects stolen and monetized without being
credited.
2. Anyone using this license uses respect towards others, unless they
aren't treated with respect.
3. Anyone using this license doesn't act like a total
