I think the problem was two-fold: 1) MacPorts gave me some wonky version of ghostscript, which didn't even come with NCSB fonts. 2) The Hei font is from urw, and the fc-match program was matching on 'foundry=urw'. I'd be happy to have a go at more documentation stuff. It'll probably broaden my
