Hi,Switched to T-Mobile for both cell and home internet and it works great and is much less expensive! Cell service is dead along 117 in Weston and as you head into Concord, but that was the same with Verizon. Kristine Sent from my iPhoneOn Apr 25, 2023, at 3:44 PM, Margo Fisher-Martin

Hi, We have T-Mobile and it has been easy to get a human when needed. We’ve had AT & T in the past, and I’d say overall the cell service is better in some places, but T-Mobile is much less expensive and the free service in Mexico, Hawaii, Alaska, and other places has meant huge savings for us. AT

Scott- I am also thinking of switching carriers. How do you rate T-Mobile’s customer service, especially being able to get through to a human when you call. I’m too old and grumpy to tolerate Verizon’s legendary wait times. Thanks. Deborah From: Scott L. Rodman Sent: Monday, April
