Sara that is so easy to fix we have been talking about this forever we can make updates and change stuff before the vote happens through forums and debate. Then the final votes are done via ballot. Other states do this. Be open to change and be a little progressive so everyone has a vote. Adam M

I'm glad someone is asking about the financial situation for housing
complexes with affordable housing units. I feel like people have been
talking a lot about what they want in the way of affordable housing without
discussing any of the details about how that program works financially. I

The articles as presented in the Warrant are actually not the vote.
Article 1 (correct clerical error) and Article 3 (Oriole Landing) are 'To
see if the Town will vote...' whereas Article 2 (CC) and Article 4 (HCA)
are 'To hear
The way town meeting is now, you have to be present in the room during the
voting to be able to cast your ballot. Voting happens after the debate on
the topic. When the vote is called, the doors will be closed and only those*
present in the **room *are able to cast a ballot.
It would be wonderful
When you check in this am you will be given two ballots. One is for Community
Center ~ Article 2. The other is for Housing Choice Act ~ Article 4. Voting
will take place for each article after the presentation and discussions of each
article. There is no early voting.
