First 100 Words by Roger Priddy ( padded book)
There is also a box set with 3 books in this series, among others.

My daughter is having a baby and several people want to buy her books. Since my
kids are in their thirties, I know the old classics but wonder about favorite
books for young children that have come out in the last 25 years.
