Despite their best efforts to hasten their reopening, Donelan’s is still
awaiting certain parts to finish the needed repairs. A partial reopening
doesn’t look realistic at this point. They are now expecting their reopening
to be in the middle of next week and are eagerly

BTW, I was in Something Special earlier this week and learned that their
business has been seriously hurt as a result of Donelan's closure. This
would be a great time to drop in and pick up a gift!

Unfortunately, some of the parts needed to fix the mechanical repairs are
taking longer to acquire than originally expected. As a result, Donelan’s is
unlikely to reopen this weekend. The current best estimate for their reopening
is early next week.

Mechanical repairs are going well (knock on wood!) at Donelan’s and they hope
to start restocking in the next couple of days. Barring any setbacks, the
expectation is that they will reopen this week. As soon as we have more
information to share, we will do so.
