| This is a big shout out to Zalen. He “soft washed” our large wooden deck at the back of the house. I was worried about any damage to plants, but Zalen reassured me and the result is perfect. He did a really great job and I hope he will be available to come back and do it again when it’s needed.

This spring I am excited to offer powerwashing and soft washing services.
Power-washing involves high-pressure water to remove mold, algae, and other contaminants from a hard surface. This surface will not get damaged during the process and will be left very clean!
Soft-washing involves using certain chemicals to remove mold, algae, and other contaminants from a non-hard surface. The chemicals that I use are diluted to a very safe point, and all plants around the work area will be sprayed with water multiple times throughout the process to make sure they are not exposed. Again, I am very safe with this process and your property will not be damaged.
Softwashing: Powerwashing:
1. Wood fences 1. Driveways (concrete and pavement)
2. Wood patios/decks 2. Stone patios (excluding flagstone)
3. Sheds 3. Nearby Sidewalks
4. Low roofs 4. Foundations
5. Rust or grease stains on solid surfaces
6. Siding
