This is interesting. My stepfather was Dutch. We didn’t get to go as frequently
as we liked, but we spent quite a bit of time there in the 1970s, with another
short trip in the late 80s. From the. 70s trip, I remember everyone was cycling
everywhere to do all their daily commutes and errands.

Hi Lincoln,
If anyone has a spare card table kicking around they would like to get rid of,
ours seems to have disappeared and we are in the market for one for doing
puzzles this winter. If you have a card table you'd like to find a good home
for (or sell/barter), please let me know - I'm happy
Thank you Virginia. I have received confirmation from the Water Department
that Lincoln's water does have fluoride added, which is noted in the
consumer confidence reports on their website.

The yearly pdf report lists the amount of fluoride measured in the town
water. In the 2021 report the amount of fluoride was measured between
0.13-1.06 ppm. It doesn’t say whether this is purely from naturally
occurring fluoride (is that a thing that happens?) or added by the water
department.

I'm hoping someone from the Water Department can see and respond to this
message - does Lincoln's town water have fluoride added? I have not been
able to find this out on the Water Department's page on the town website -
apologies if I'm missing it somewhere.
Thank you,

Thanks for all those who responded, but the canoe has found a new home. Given
the level of interest, I only wish I had another sixteen to give away!
