Another addendum for the README would be to use a Java JDK (now it just says
Java, which might be interpreted as the Java JRE),

Hi Jehan,
The prep2010.cmd command executed successfully. While compiling it seemed that
the x264 feature was not enabled, even tough I used -DENABLE_X264=1. OPENH264
worked fine. Do I need to install additional libraries for X264?
Thank you.

To answer my own question: one needs to make a choice between OPENH264 or X264,
both does not work,

I am working on this now, as we speak. Something major I discovered is that you
need to also install SP1 for Microsoft Visual Studio C++ (Express), otherwise
the compilation fails in an early stage. Maybe something for the README file?

Another addendum for the README is installing libintl-0.14.4.exe (part of
GNUWin32), otherwise a missing libintl3.dll message is generated,

The compilation in Visual Studio yields errors with me. One is stating that the
linphone\xmlrpc.h is missing, another says error coypig libmsx264-0.dll, and
then there are a bunch of errors about coyping .pdb files.
What can be done about those?

Hi,
The build of the web plugin is a little bit broken at the moment. And as
I am quite busy I did not have the time yet to fix it.
However using the following prepare command should make the build work:
prep2010.cmd projects\linphone-web -DWITH_DYNAMIC_MSVC_RUNTIME=1
I will try this in 1 minute. Is the OPENH264 codec completely compatible with
the X264 one?
Thank you,
