i want to disable these results as it is just a waste of time for me

The site's idea could very easily be turned into a Firefox quick
is there a way to make it permanent ? so i do not have to put -swik in every
search ...

This isn't a feature of Google as far as I know, it would even more seem odd
that Google will give you results from another search site.
You sure you didn't install some sort of search software, intentionally or
unintentionally?
