I noticed this before, but forgot about it. When you open any app requireing
sudo privilages you only get one go at the password. If you get it wrong you
have to restart the app. This is true in both Lucid and Maverick. In X/Ubuntu
you get several (three?) attempts, useful for clumsy
Do you mean using gksudo or sudo in command line??
Remember sudo is ONLY for command line apps and gksudo is for X based apps.
