I believe we should keep it simple and small, we have keep in mind
that we have users with old computers (with old monitors?) and small
laptops (ultra-/notebooks).
Big images and screenshots will make the app frustrating to use, we
need to be careful how and when we use them, else we might ruin

to get LSC, you need to add the lubuntu-desktop ppa. *
http://ppa.launchpad.net/lubuntu-desktop/ppa/ubuntu oneiric *to your
repositry. Now, if like me, the gpg key fails manually add it using the
instructions at
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:lubuntu-desktop/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install lubuntu-software-center
Done :)
I prefer to use The Terminal but sometimes use Synaptic. Software Center
never was or will be my cup of tea. However, for the sake of testing, I'll
