I would go with Deli Linux with those specs

The only problem I could see with exaile is its dependency on gstreamer.
Since mplayer is the default movie player for lubuntu it makes sense to
utilize mplayer as the backend to handle music playing to avoid adding
unneeded libraries to the overall system.

lxmusic does seem perfect hopefully the bugs get worked out
The combination of gnome-mplayer as a multimedia player for everything and
xmms2 + lxmusic for music management would be the best combination for the
future.
If xmms2 and lxmusic won't become stable or good enough, we can always
midori i believe gives you the fullest web experience and still remains
light... it does support flash and plugins
My experience with other browsers in the past have always been that
they are lacking and playing catchup with FF and IE.
