You would want to read section 3.4.5 of the Users guide for nesting examples. Here is a short example 1. Change to Itemize 2. Write your text and press Shift+Meta(ALT Key)+Right Arrow. 3. You will be on second level. Type second level text. Use Meta+Return Key to remains on the same level. 4.
