I'am running one Mediawiki with version 1.6.5. Recently I reinstalled
the computer and upgraded from PHP4 to PHP5. Therefore I can upgrade
from 1.6.5 to a more actual version of Mediawiki.
Can anyone tell me, if I should do it in one step? Or should I install

I have problem with my Mediawiki system. I've uploaded PNG and JPG
files, but system just don't show them and writes only No higher
resolution available..

I checked in cPanel, files weren't corrupted.

I think we all have had this problem. I tried several extensions but nothing
worked until I added captchas with the Confirm Edit extension. This still
lets people create new accounts, but they have to solve a captcha. A pain
for users but it works.
