OpenOffice can open Word files and lets you export text as MediaWiki

Hello all!
This is my first post, and I need help to do authenticate mediawiki with my
Active Directory.
Windows Server 2008 with AD 2008.
Today, I have the authentication with my ldap samba, but, we are change to
Active Directory...
I try this lines in the LocalSettings.conf
// LDAP
AFAIK most import scripts map one file to one wiki page.
But you could use MediaWiki's XML import/export format for multipage imports
from one file (http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:Importing_XML_dumps).
Converting your Word content to XML might be a bit tougher but should be
manageable.
Moin,
I updated from 1.12 to 1.15. Now the date in the newsticker is broken. The
help page still mention:
{{Newstickerdatum|28|02|2007}}
but I get this result in the newsticker (included to the main page):
{{#time:l, j. F Y|201012290200}}
Any hint?
Thanks

The three questions that come to mind are:
1) Which version of MediaWiki are you running?
2) Have you installed any extensions?
3) Is there a chance that someone's modified your copy of MediaWiki? I'd
assume a poorly programmed trojan (password stealing utility) might cause
the type of symptoms
Help please..
Thank you,

Hi, instead of keying in references / all the time, how can I find the
actual codes for it so that I can put it in the associated skin.php?

Do you have $wgAllowSlowParserFunctions = true; in your LocalSettings.php?
Anyway, just a thought. May or may not work.

Well, you definitely want to use ssl for Apache too. There isn't much
point in using ssl for ldap if you aren't doing ssl for

Did you change your database settings? Did you recently upgrade
mediawiki/mysql/etc? What's changed since it was working?
On first inspection - I think that something went wrong with your
database, and its lost some data.
The software can connect to it, but the MediaWiki data doesn't seem to be in it.
Check your MySQL database and see if it got corrupted or dropped data...
