You probably do not need to modify your skin CSS files, which would be a core
code change (that you'd lose on your next Mediawiki update).
Just modify the article MediaWiki:Monobook.css or MediaWiki:Vector.css
(whichever is appropriate for your skin) and refresh your browser.

after some discussion, Wikimedia Germany decided not to hold a developer's
meet-up around the Chapter's conference in March. We just couldn't fit this in
nicely with the venue and the overall organization. Don't despair though:
