Is there a 64 bit version of Mediawiki? I'm trying to install it using
php5.5-x64, oracle 10gR2 (instantclient x64-11.2) and apache 2.4.4-win 64 but
am getting errors when mediawiki tries to connect to DB.
I'm not getting much info on the error beside:

the issue is not with php trying accessing OCI drivers ... i've seen the
problem already, not with MW but with another PHP project i've had. I
haven't found any usable solution for this situation yet. We ended up
using php and nginx trough cygwin and using linux 64bit instant client.

One might note that on Debian I found one must use
# a2enmod dir
or else / will not get translated to /index.php .

I imagine that module is enabled by default. Maybe you ran a2dismod dir
at some point in the past?
