[MediaWiki-l] can't edit MainPage after upgrade

I upgraded a wiki today from 1.16.2 to 1.26.3 and all went well. The only issue I'm having now is that regardless of my User rights (administrator & bureaucrat) I am not able to edit the MainPage. Any thoughts on what would cause this? I've combed through LocalSettings and can't find any
