I seem my permissions on the /wiki/images directory are 755. Should they
truly be 644?

OK, so this is a new wiki (somebody please tell me if I'm sending these
messages to the wrong list) and although I am a bureacrat I don't see an
undo, revert, or other page management links on the history pages. I
know there must be something fundamental I have forgotten. Ideas?
Yes, the userrights page shows me as both.

I've created an .htaccess file and put it at root at
http://www.vanslyck.us as follows:
