Hi all,
I've just returned home from an awesome 2012 Tucson Meteorite Show. I
was swamped with visitors the entire time but what a blast. Lets do it

Great find, Erik and Ben! Someone needs to tell that Michael guy in
the photo that the meteorites are on the ground, not the horizon. (I
must have been looking at the lightning, we don't have weather in
southern California.) :)
I made a web page with my pictures and a write up of the weekend's
at the Holbrook 100th
Anniversary Hunt. If his skill at finding gold AND Gold Basin meteorites is
any indication, I predict that this is only the first of many more future finds
of his that will be entered into the Met Bull.

I think most of the finds have been small at Holbrook. If you would
like a copy of the results page, or if anyone does, I have that to
share. These are the totals for each persons finds for the day.
Was good meeting you and talking with you. Hope you come back for the 100th

Thanks Bob and all,
I appreciate all the nice words but truthfully Jim and Wendy (like the

I only came up with the idea

all learned a lot from the experienced hunters. We will always remember this

Hi again Bernd.
Ruben introduced Wendy and I to most of these folks he knew. I was standing
in the middle of the meteorite world! Even tried to talk Carl Agee into
showing up and hunting with us at the 100th Holbrook Anniversary! We had
some good conversations about the classification
