Page Admin is a major sub-topic under Host Admin, since basically under
Host Admin you have either Host Admin sections or page admin sections.

I think what you are referring to is under Host admin. At first, I coulnd not
find this either. Go to host admin, click on the host site, then you should
see the following:

Authentication:
not required
Owner:
administrators
Style:
Some Style
Root page:
No that doesn't work, I get an error saying the C compiler cannot create
executables.
