You cannot administer NT4 systems via the MMC.
Use the SRVTOOLS files from the NT4 CD to manage NT4 domains.

I am unable to give an explanation for this even logged in the print server
running NT 4.o with SP6. The printer being referred to is a Xerox 4025N
printer with the latest PS drivers installed on the server.
