This information was on my system in a file called snmp-rs6000 Using that
as a clue I found the MIB on MIB Depot at
http://www.mibdepot.com/cgi-bin/getmib3.cgi?win=mib_ar=ibmf=snmp-rs6000v=v1t=txt
