senza troppe difficoltà.
Ma qualcuno sa dirmi perchè il puntatore del mouse è un quadrato grande
quanto le icone?
Come posso fare per ridimensionarlo?

Infatti in installazione automatica ti fa vedere le partizioni esistenti e

I've just installed Mandrake 6.5 from CD, and my graphics resolution is so
big that KDE is barely usable. Unfortunately, the install didn't recognize
my Dell adapter (the Dell documentation just says it's an Intel 810e w/ 4MB
RAM). How does one go about adjusting the video driver

in the CD-ROM drive, logging in as "root", clicking on Konsole, and

the KDE menu. You can add it to your panel via the
panel/add application route. You can put a link on
your desktop (in KDE) by this process:
right click on the desktop. Choose New/Application.

Ok, I have 192 mb of memory and my Mandrake install only sees/uses 16mb. I

I followed the manual and never saw a fancy easy to use graphical anything.
At first I though I got jipped but I couldn't get X to work quite right with
the built in Intel video card on my Dell pc so I went out and bought a new
ATI card. I went through setup again and I got a couple linux

You could, but a shared directory would have to be on the win partition
to be read and written by both win and linux, plus permissions changed
on the win partition to allow nsmail to write. Possibly not worth it
unless you are still using win a lot.

I guess, the confusion is in the operation of the software while in
Windows. The operation used visuals i.e. buttons and tabs, and the
operation was transparent. Just click on a button and off you go...I was
used to a certain frame of thinking and viewing. I will begin using tar.
