The device driver for the "Tulip / DEC" cards was unable to start when I got to
the LAN setup portion of the Mandrake 7 install. I have been looking into the
various pages I could find about the drivers on the web - mainly from the link
on the Linksys web site - and have found only info on
OOPS. I must have set the high security thing. One cannot login as
root, but one can su to root.
I had to do a text install, but I never saw the security question.
How do I fix it, or maybe not,
oh yes, only root can run X.

I want to add a new user account to the Linux system.
I used the command 'adduser', gave the necessary parameters such as:
User name
Password
Home directory
Shell to use.
The account is created because:
Home directory exists with the skeleton of files.

If it is a BIOS warning then it is probably 1 of 2 things.
Either one of the memory is not setted and latched properly or one is bad.
If your memory is Name Brand it is most likly the first. I would take and
then re-install each memory and see if the problem stopped.

/var/spool/lpd/XXX/postscript.cfg
(replace XXX with the name of the queue you created.)
Look in postscript.cfg there should be a line which reads something like...
