cercando di installare vari programmi come Brahms o guarddog ecc. mi capita
che alla fine di ./configure mi dica che mi manca libz e da errore.
Specifico che ho installato Mandrake 8 e ho cercato su internet queste
fantomatiche libz senza trovare niente di simile
Ieri mi è successo un disastro con Linux che per le mie conoscenze mi
hanno portato alla reinstallazione e con perdita di dati che erano
importanti .

from floppy.
But now that I'm running Mandrake, I can't seem to mount any of my
two CD drives or my floppy drive.
All the drives are recognized at boot.

You should only have to mount them to read files off of them (unless you
have automount on, in which case it should automatically mount the cdrom
when you put the CD in.

I got an Asus m/b A7A266, an AMD Athlon T/Bird 1 ghz. 512mb of PC-133 Memory.
I thought I was okay in the assumption that most ATI video cards would work
