Hi, I 've just finished installing the 7.1 beta (first version) on my laptop-Toshiba Satellite Pro 460CDX It basically went without a hitch (except I had to change the order of startup for the pcmcia card), but I don't have sound. I used Harddrake, it detected the sound card but when i hit the configure tab I received an error message that it didn't have the configuration tools. I tried to use soundconfig, but it's not loaded, it's not even on the CD's. How can I configure the sound? Is there a new command? Thanks for your help Eunice Thompson
