[newbie] Which Kernel For 10.1 ?

I have recently installed MD 10.1 using the 3 download CDs. I now would like to update the kernel and see in the Updates that there are a number of options I can use. I guess the version I want to update is to 2.6 and see there a couple. Which one do I need to go for ? Pete
