Ok...Ed, here's what ya do. At the LILO prompt type 'linux single'. Where I have typed linux you type what ever you've named that partition. Like on my machine I like the label name to be short. Mine is 'lin'. Anyway, at the prompt type 'linux single' without the quotes of course and then hit
