I have a friend who lives in PA that simply refuses to gets his bike license.
I asked him whats the big deal, they have the MSF courses and I think they may
even lend bikes there now, and he says he knows how to ride and doesn't need a
class.
He has a CDL and I told him he might get in
of that
either. So I may take another class to review.
