A Heroku outage (https://status.heroku.com/) is currently affecting
the following services:
- http://data.numenta.org/
- http://status.numenta.org/
- http://tooling.numenta.org/
This is a Heroku platform problem, so I'm just waiting for the Heroku
team to fix it.

I'm trying to setup htmengine-traffic-tutorial. I got HTM Engine up and
running.

htmengine:metric_storer RUNNING pid 29615, uptime
What request are you sending to the HTTP server that is causing this error?
Can you replicate this error with a curl command? It looks like you might
be sending a request that is does not recognize.
