At Sills Gully in Shoreham (Suffolk County) I found a single immature Iceland Gull at 1pm today - this is the same location as the bird I saw 28 March and 31 March, and it looks like the same bird as far as I can tell. Three new year birds at the Rocky Point DEC property bring my "walk year"

Went for a walk through Inwood Hill Park this morning. Weather was gray, but finally pleasant temperatures. Definitely the birdiest it has been so far this spring. Found 42 species and probably could have found a couple more if I had been able to stay out longer. Highlights included:
