Yes, your truck has an open drive line. My 52's driveline just seems to escape my memory. I'll take a look for myself, next time I visit the storage facility. A closed drive line is a hollow tube that doesn't turn because the shaft is inside connected directly to the tranny and the rear end.

My 2cents: I would get an estimate to make the cab damage repaired, look for good old parts or repros for the Rt fender, hood, grill, etc. You can do all of the work, except the cowl damage as it is mostly bolt on type of stuff. If the frame, suspension and cab are still safe on the frame;

Hi Ya'll, just my 2 cents, about tires and the LT rating. Unless you are going to be hauling fairly heavy loads alot in your truck, there isn't a need for a Light Truck tire. The LT's ride rougher with no load and passenger car tires ride smoother. Not a debate here, just another viewpoint.
