As discussed on the mailing list and the #openstack-meeting, the general
consensus was that we create a new development channel. The new IRC channels
on FreeNode are:
#openstack - to be used for Help, Support, Bug reporting, etc
#openstack-dev - to be used as the primary development channel
So it sounds like the better path would be to just keep two channels for
now, see how that goes, and then maybe revisit splitting out by project if
it comes to that in the future?

I wanted to see what everyones opinions were on separating out some of the IRC
channels. When the project started we decided to keep #openstack as the
primary channel since the project was small at the time. Over the last year
with the project growing, the traffic in the #openstack
I'm actually not too worried about option B. We've been using this method
in production for a while and haven't ran into too many problems. We've
heavily tested four streams (builds) at a time with 2 VCPUs in dom0 and it
works pretty well. We did see major starvation issues with dom0 when we
