I can adjust my availablity to current office hour slots although I live
in APAC region,
but if there is more demand on APAC-friendly time slot, I would like to
happily volunteer APAC-friendly Docs team office

Haven't got much feedback so far on the meeting format change, so let's
proceed with turning formal docs meetings into office hours, keeping the
same time for now, until we decide to make further adjustments based on the
attendance.

Hi all,
Due to low attendance in docs project meetings in recent months, I'd like
to propose turning regular docs meetings into office hours, like many other
OpenStack teams did.
My idea is to hold office hours every Wednesday, same time we held our
docs meetings, at 16:00 UTC, in our team
