*Description : * Title : SAP Java Developer Location:OH Duration: 6+ months Rate : Open Skills: 3 to 5 years of Java/J2EE web application development experience using Struts 1.x and Java 1.4. Strong experience in object-oriented (Design Patterns) programming methods. Thorough knowledge/expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript/AJAX, Web Services, and XML technologies. Understanding of web security coding best practices and Payment Card Industry security topics. Experience with JQuery 1.4 is also helpful. Understanding or past experience with SAP java applications include SAP JCO, BAPI functions, and ABAP is beneficial. Responsibilities: Designs, develops, and implements web-based Java applications to support business requirements. Follows approved life cycle methodologies, creates design documents, and performs program coding and testing. Through debugging, research, and investigation will work to resolves technical issues as required with company’s java applications. Develop Java web applications using the J2EE architecture in compliance with J2EE and in house standards. Use knowledge of Java language with respect to Java Server Pages (JSPs) and Struts Tag Library for presentation logic control. Have expertise in JavaScript and HTML/CSS to coordinate application changes effectively with front-end development. Effectively implement and support Struts 1.x architecture in web applications. Use XML for Struts implementation and data manipulation from XML files and Web services. Effectively coordinate with application system administrators for efficient code promotions, version control, and proper maintenance of the production and development environment. Develop and maintain model layer code by making use of object relational mapping and object oriented design techniques. Responsible for detail documentation including, requirements gathering, technical specifications, design documents and transport requests. Write and maintain documentation to describe application development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections. Monitor web error logs as well as other 3rd party scan tools for coding flaws.
