I guess he's asking for a file format suitable to store transient solutions in unstructured grids and supported by ParaView. If so, there's a bunch of options (take a look at here http://paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView:FAQ#What_file_formats_does_ParaView_support.3F). The simplest choice, IMHO, is
