VTK has switched from using VTKData to ExternalData.
VTKData is now almost empty and Paraview tests are failing on my
dashboard machines murron and bubbles.

ParaView is not using VTK-master yet. It will be switched to use
VTK-master only after the 4.0 release. We will be updating the testing
then.

I have always done a 'git pull' on VTKData, VTKLargeData, and
ParaViewData before I run my dashboard
