In the pipeline browser, if you select the original data and all of the
transforms you can then apply the Append Datasets filter. This will create a
new data object which contains all of the selected domains, and allow you to
represent all of them together as a single outline.

If i build paraview from source with mpi support, it will be better in that

What platform is this on? In general, yes, if you're planning to use
MPI, you're better of building from source but that doesn't explain
the unstable aspect of things. What exactly is happening?
