Suppose we solve for elasticity, and get displacement field u and pressure
field p. How do we plot the field p on the deformed domain \Omega+u(\Omega),
instead of the original domain \Omega?

I installed paraview in Miniconda on my linux desktop:
https://anaconda.org/conda-forge/paraview
However, there is only paraview-config under ~/miniconda3/bin/, and no
binary "paraview".
Is this a bug?
