I've been living in the same location for almost 41 years now. Twenty years ago, we decided that rather than moving, we would do a major renovation which involved parking a storage trailer on the driveway and moving out of the house for the summer while we added a second level to our bungalow.

Things are looking up. I've found a house, made an offer & it has been accepted. My closing date for this house (the day I get the money from my buyer) is May 31. My closing date for the new house (the day I have to give THEM the money) is June 1. If I can get my buyer to agree I will
